a.  General

 

-  SuppliEZ is an online ordering platform owned by Jaleel Traders LLC that enables users to browse and place orders for products.

-  All orders are fulfilled through our stores in UAE, and payment is collected upon delivery either by cash or card. No online payments are accepted through the website.

-  We strongly advise customers not to allow delivery personnel inside their homes. SuppliEZ is not liable for any harm, loss, damage, or mental distress caused by delivery personnel inside the premises. The customer assumes all responsibility, and SuppliEZ shall be indemnified against any claims arising from such incidents.

 

b.  Pricing & Availability

 

-  Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

-  While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of product listings, descriptions, or stock levels.

 

c.  Terms of Use

 

-  Product prices and stock shown on the website are indicative only. Final confirmation will be provided by our customer care team.

d.  Ordering & Payment

 

-  Orders placed through the website will be reviewed and confirmed by our customer care team.

-  Payment is collected in cash upon delivery or through valid credit/debit card authorization at the time of delivery.

-  Products will only be handed over after successful payment or card authorization.

-  In the event of a failed card transaction or operational error (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect billing by the delivery team), the said amount will be refunded to the original card, subject to verification and confirmation that the amount was actually received by SuppliEZ.

-  We intend to serve only customers within the specified geography of the UAE for the time being.

-  We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, technical failures, or other force majeure events.

-  Use of products purchased through SuppliEZ is at the customer's own risk. SuppliEZ disclaims any liability for damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of products sold. Customers are advised to read product labels and instructions carefully.

 

g.  Legal Jurisdiction

 

-  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

-  Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UAE.
